Ceangal Online Meditation & Yoga Practices

Many of us are feeling extremely worried and stressed these days as the covid19 pandemic continues.  At this time – perhaps more than ever – it is really important that we take care of ourselves, so that we can see clearly, respond calmly and be there for each other.  Just as important as washing your hands, taking care of the body and mind is essential right now.

To support you during this difficult time Martin Towey, a qualified Mindfulness teacher and physiotherapist is going to share with us a series of short videos over the coming weeks including mindful yoga and other meditation practices. We hope these will offer you a way to connect with and steady the mind in an effort to cope better with the challenges which lie ahead.
