Meath Chronicle features Ceangal!
When we arrived here five years ago, we instantly fell in love with the Charente region and saw an opportunity to create something special amongst the rolling vineyards and ancient villages, renowned for their wines and world-famous Cognac.
It’s a far cry from home but there’s so much in common across these two beautiful countries – from the strong sense of family, the warmth and welcome of the people to a deep rootedness in the land – all attributes at the heart of our new life in France…
Ceangal (the Irish word for ‘Connect’), is a business rooted in our Irish heritage and we facilitate cultural getaways for lovers of all things French. We host wellbeing experiences around the themes of Cuisine, Art, Yoga and Mindfulness across an array of stunning French properties situated between Bordeaux and Cognac.
And having spent the summer back home, we were thrilled to have an opportunity to share our story with the Meath Chronicle. Thank you to Sally and the team for this wonderful story of our journey so far…
A fantastic weekend to get away from it all, learn new techniques for living and meet amazing people along the way. Oh and amazing food too. This has got it all…
