Online Mindfulness SeriesAllocating regular time to gentle mindfulness practice has been proven to reduce stress, encourage self compassion and inner wellbeing. Following on from the success of our online events during lockdown and our evolving mindfulness retreat experiences in Charentes, we aim to continue contributing to the busy souls spanning the Irish diaspora with this curated series of guided sessions online.
Incorporating modern mindfulness practises with key dates in the Celtic calendar, our online gatherings are designed to create a compassionate space to gather, to pause mindfully, to take stock of the body and our busy minds, to breathe and gently reset our internal gears. This regular, guided approach to inner calm goes a long way to reducing stress and dealing with the challenges of our daily lives more mindfully.

Join us for one hour every Saturday morning in January to connect with yourself and others, to pause and to listen to what’s really going on within the body, the heart and the overactive mind. This guided online series has been carefully curated to help us take stock internally and set a positive pace to mark a series of important events over the coming year, with a mindful approach to our busy daily lives.
